Sarkozy is pledging (or at least suggesting) that France will send more troops to Afghanistan.
Lack of NATO will and manpower has been evident for some time.
Will he get resistance or support from NATO or England?

Well...

I doubt that since the leftists are not supporting any involvement in Afghanistan and Sarkozy has to listen to the leftists in France since they control a large part of the political arena.
