Never read much of how he came to be caught, but I reckon communist thugs aren't as slick as these Muslim thugs at hiding out!

The Death Of Che Guevara.

There is an even better account, but I can't find it immediately.

To go further... if anyone is really interested in a great story, study the life and times of counter-counter-spy Félix Rodríguez, who used the codename "Félix Ramos." He showed up several times in the autobiography of Terry Kent Reed, Compromised: Clinton, Bush, and the CIA. He is the accused killer of Che, but his entanglements with Fidel show that he may have been Fidel's chosen tool to get rid of him.

Assuming there was a serious split in Cuba,it isn't unreasonable to imagine Castro had him murdered like Stalin had whatshisname murdered in Mexico.

Same circumstances. Then of course Fidel plasters Che's image around heroically. I bet Hitler used info on Rommel after his murder as well for pr purposes.

Tommy- I'm not ignoring you and I think the topic has a lot of merit for discussion here on this forum. I'm just in the process of attempting to have some rules set down and adhered to on this forum before I contiue to post here. I think the rudeness and personal insults, along with interference by some others with my rights and preferences needs to be discussed in private and an understanding arrived at first.

Of course I don't agree in the least with the disenfranchised Cuban's analysis of Che and I hope to be able to discuss my feelings on the issue soon.
To be replaced with a signature of my own choice.

Yeah Tommy, you had us all disarmed in one measured argument: "Che was a murderous scumbag. Anyone considering him a hero is a moron." And your equally braindead twin Palladin contributed some speculation that Che was murdered by Rommel as Hitler was by You know who. Amazing stuff, indeed.

Translation:

I have nothing to state as credible evidence that Che was a loving family man who grew flowers and gave to charity.A man who is gentile and was a builder of communities.

A man who would not hurt innocent people.Who gave blood at hospitals and also voted in lawful elections.

An upstanding man of his community.

Still going to be stupid over Che?
