4Chan User Claims to Be Behind MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell Hoax

4Chan hoaxed Michael Avanetti into believing that some batshit crazy woman was gang-raped by Judge Kavanaugh and his friends in high school? He dragged her in front of the cameras, and the media went wild. Then a few days later, it was revealed that she was just some total nut seeking attention. And who can forget

And then there is 4Chan's original Pepe the Frog hoax. They took a silly cartoon meme and convinced the media that it was a white supremacist symbol for Trump supporters. The media believed it, ran with it, and made complete fools of themselves. No doubt about it, those Anons at 4Chan are master trolls.
The true purpose of democracy is not to select the best leaders — a clearly debatable obligation — but to facilitate the prompt and peaceful removal of obviously bad ones.

I've gotten to the point where I have come to expect such emotional laden horse schist, and on a continuous basis.   Its never going to stop, and while the more they are exposed is good for exposure, it is ongoing, and into the future.

As I have stated so many times, and nobody in the media uses this thought, there are basically two groups of people.  The first group consists of those who rely on emotions first and foremost.  This is what makes up the overwhelming majority of the "Collectivist Left".  While they may have physically matured into adults, their thought process has never grown from an emotional state to a reasoning, mature state.

The second group have managed to outgrow the first state, and have moved on to reliance on 'thought' and 'reason' first.  Granted, this group still has loads of emotions, but they have an intellectual buffer between their feelings and knowledge.  This is called "Maturity" of the mind.  Some reach this state sooner than others, but it is a learned experience based on experience and reason.  This makes up the overwhelming majority of the "Individualist Right".

Rupert Murdoch, and Roger Ailes, have known this and have established a news network that is based on mature thought, while the rest of the MSM continue to be mired in childish emotionalism.  And this is why the overwhelming majority of mature adults choose Fox over the others.  As long as Fox continues to follow this strategy they will continue to attract those who use reason first and emotions last.  And as those of the emotional Left grow out of their childish thinking, they will eventually move away from Progressive Kookdom.  This is why we need to keep everyone informed in a mature, and honest manner.

Except that the mature mind can still choose "The ends justify the Means." Many Progressives believe their answer is the best answer, so use lies and deceptions to further their goals. The entire culture of Islam believes this ideology.

Of course, there are always exceptions. However, they are choosing to use immoral actions to accomplish their goals. They know better, but the need for power exceeds their desire for honesty and fairness. Most of these people initially swallowed the lure, and later realized it was not right, but still had the need for power. Do you think Lenin, or Stalin, or even Mao believed all that crap once they began reaching the top of the pyramid?

It's not a sudden occurrence, either. It takes time to build Potemkin Villages out of cardboard.
