Mueller Investigation: Is It Coming Off The Rails?
#1
My Lord, what a Mess! Does anyone actually believe that justice will be served here? And is the entire investigation going to be shut down for its partisan political agenda?

I know Hannity has gathered forces in order to bring it all down. I wonder if it will be enough.

Hannity: Mueller investigation is epitome of the DC swamp

Hannity did a good job of succinctly exposing the issues in a way that just can't be refuted.

He did leave out Mueller's connections to Uranium One, and his coverups in the past that allowed Democrats to skate.

One thing Dick Morris is happy about is the replacement of the original General Flynn judge, with Emmett Sullivan, who may likely take over the entire Uranium One, Russian Collusion, and Mueller investigation process. Granted, he is a Clinton appointee, but if he is anything like what Dick Morris says, he may well be great news.

VERY Good Judge Named To Handle Flynn Sentencing! Dick Morris TV: Lunch ALERT!

Here's the latest Cluster Foxtrot coming from the Mueller Investigation.

Digging Ugly Holes – Robert Mueller Team Illegally Obtained Trump Transition Team Emails…

It appears that Mueller skirted the rules/law when he went around the administration, and collected all of the WH emails without telling them.  This is just one more egg on his face, from what I can tell.

Sundance urges caution on this report because........

Quote:....In this case, the reported action by the SC team took place in August 2017, four or five months ago.  Inside that exact same timeline, on August 16th 2017, FBI Agent Peter Strzok and FBI Attorney Lisa Page were kicked off the Mueller team.  Coincidence? Dunno. Maybe.

Again, don’t get so stuck looking at the granules moving at your feet that you fail to notice the entire landscape around you is shifting.

CTH has already opened the portal a little further, and faster, than some would be comfortable with. It is not our intention to undermine the best round-up of usurpers in history; but rather our ongoing CTH effort is to remind everyone they are living inside history as it is being made. Look around, this is exciting and phenomenal stuff.

He continues later in his article:

Quote:As it stands right now, President Trump’s attorney’s are scheduled to meet with Special Counsel Robert Mueller next week.  Against the backdrop of the ongoing Inspector General releases -the real investigative risk to the FBI scheme- Special Counsel Mueller has substantially lost footing, and his entire investigation is losing credibility.  This should not come as a surprise.  After all, there is no ‘there’ there, on the original false intent.

The unethical method used by Mueller’s investigators to retrieve emails from within the transition team also includes protected and privileged information; Robert Mueller has already conceded this was ‘inappropriate’, and only further diminishes his investigation.

Mueller is on his heels as the result of his team’s action; and next week he’s meeting with Trump lawyers presumably to justify/discuss continuance of an investigation that has nothing to do with discovering the Vast Russian Election Conspiracy; because there was no vast Russian election conspiracy.

Remember, everything you just read, President Donald Trump already knows.

Oh, this is just so juicy, I can't stop reading everything that comes out about this investigation.  This is like reading a first class "WhoDoneIt" adventure novel.    S15

Scholar: Assault on Trump is greatest threat to our country

Also, even if the Whores refuse to cover this fiasco, the average person, who goes to the grocery stores, Target, WalMart, etc, will be able to learn about what is going on, just by reading the tabloids.

Here's this from Axios: Muddying Mueller: Trump allies say strategy working

Quote:President Trump said yesterday "No, I'm not" when asked if he's considering firing Special Counsel Bob Mueller. Truth is, his high-level Republican allies don't think he will need to.

Be smart: The Trump lawyers' strategy is to cooperate with Mueller on the inside game. The outside chorus tries to rough up Mueller, in case his findings are trouble for POTUS.

- The rising conservative drumbeat to discredit the investigation and the investigators is gaining GOP converts.

- Sen. John Cornyn (Texas), the chamber's #2 Republican, said on ABC yesterday that it would be "a mistake" to fire the special counsel. But Cornyn tweeted a day earlier: "Mueller needs to clean house of partisans."

- Trump said yesterday when asked about the tens of thousandsof transition emails Mueller had obtained from the GSA, which ran the server: "Not looking good. It's not looking good. It's quite sad to see that. My people are very upset about it. ... A lot of lawyers thought that was pretty sad."

- A source close to the White House said: "You're starting to win over mainstream conservatives to the backlash over overreach."

- The source said that Trump, not known for patience, has attacked the investigation but mostly resisted personalizing attacks on Mueller. One sign: Trump isn't calling Mueller by a demeaning nickname.

The N.Y. Times' Michael Schmidt reports that "as the investigation has reached deeper into Mr. Trump's inner circle, ... Trump's lawyers and supporters have significantly increased their attacks on Mr. Mueller":

"[T]he F.B.I. has handed them fresh ammunition to claim that the agents investigating the president may be biased."

But, but, but: "Legal experts said there was no indication that Mr. Mueller, who has wide power to obtain documents through written requests, subpoenas and search warrants, improperly obtained the transition emails."

Fox News' Jesse Watters (one of the 45 Twitter accounts Trump follows) used the onscreen headline "A COUP IN AMERICA?" this weekend as he decried what he called "smoking-gun evidence" the probe of Trump is tainted:

Watters: "Is the FBI part of the resistance? It's like the FBI had Michael Moore investigating the president of the United States. ... The investigation into Donald Trump's campaign has been crooked from the jump."

CNN's Brian Stelter dissects the "War on Mueller" feedback loop: "The right-wing commentary and President Trump's criticism of the FBI are part of a vicious circle. The TV hosts encourage Trump, then Trump supplies sound bites for their shows, and then the hosts are even more emboldened."

Quote:BOOM! CHRONOLOGICAL PROOF CNN TIPPED OFF AHEAD OF ROGER STONE ARREST Documents expose Mueller team’s collusion with CNN

The lawyer representing political operative Roger Stone claims metadata contained in his indictment proves CNN received an FBI tip ahead of his arrest.
In particular, according to Stone’s attorney Grant Smith, one day prior to Stone’s arrest CNN had obtained the original copy of the indictment before it was submitted to PACER, a database allowing public access to electronic copies of court records.
Explaining how the metadata exposes CNN, Smith writes, “It is unknown how CNN had obtained a copy of a sealed indictment without a PACER filing header. Additionally, the metadata of the document sent to me, also attached, indicates that the author was ‘AAW’ and that it was created and modified on 1/23/19 at 11:04 pm using Acrobat PDF Maker for Word, a full day before it was filed with the Court under seal.”

An FBI tactical unit armed with automatic weapons arrests an old man with no history of violence. It was obvious from the outset that Mueller's team tipped off CNN.

A court filing from Roger Stone’s attorneys documents how CNN was in possession of a sealed indictment long before the court ordered it to be released.

For weeks, we have been hearing CNN claim again and again that their presence at Stone’s home ahead of the FBI’s pre-dawn raid was a combination of “luck” and good reporting. They have since built on that fairy-tale, describing their propagandist filming of Stone’s arrest the result of watching “unusual grand jury activity” in the days leading up to January 25th.

Someone should lose his or her job over this or perhaps even go to jail.

There's a good number of people who we Know committed felonies, many of them provable.  And this goes all the way up to MacDaddy himself.

My big question is "When are we going to see arrests, and people put behind bars?  I am so Pissed over all this fiasco that I almost want to shoot somebody.   I'll tell you this: If nothing much comes out of all this, millions upon millions of citizens are going to be screaming for a revolution to break out.  We Want Justice, G-dDammit!

I Expect Heads To Roll here, and I'm not going to be satisfied with a bunch of excuses from either of those two totally worthless parties.  Again, if an Impactor entered the atmosphere and hit DC, I would be the first one in my neighborhood to get out in the front street and dance a jig.

Not a good idea, and it is pointless to expect justice from the Entity. If this issue is important, move to the Free World, like Monica Witt did.

Note the word "almost" in my statement.

Oh yes, indeed! Then no problem, justice is really not essential. Most people do/did just fine in KSA or Zimbabwe. Heck, most people did just fine in Nazi Germany....except for the allies bombings, of course.

Incidentally, the current justice system in the US seems to be modeled after the Soviet Union of late 1920s-early 1930s. The same emphasis on the admission of guilt as we see with Manafort, Cohen, etc was typical in the USSR at that time, sentences were generally comparable, and the idea of these shows too: to get the low-level associates first as to prepare the moves against the real targets. Of course USSR quickly evolved to the stage where sentences were not light anymore.... perhaps in a couple of years here?
