Setting Out The Store
This interesting article from "The Economist" is informative and enlightening, especially when one thinks of the coming economic insolvency in the US that is coming. And while this article addresses foreign privatization, it still has serious implications to us as well.

Setting out the store

And while the trend has been slowing down somewhat, the coming insolvency will definitely change all this, as the US government realizes that there is a lot of gold in all that government real estate. I am saying that eventually the lion's share of government own land will be sold to investors and states, out of economic necessity. It may not replace fiscal prudence, but it is the first major step in the right direction. S5
