Wildeness training
This is the day many believe the changeover from Dollars to Dinars or Dongs as world currency was to begin. I personally agree with George Friedman that such a change is not ready to happen yet, and the U.S. is in it for the long run, competing against coalitions of rising nations yet to be announced.

However; at the same time that restructuring away from the dollar could collapse society as easily as a Solar-flare induced EMP, many other people are making plans to survive regardless of any trigger that collapses civilization.

I know how the three rules work:

1) You can survive for three hours without maintaining your core body temperature.

2) You can survive for three days without water.

3) You can survive for three weeks without food.

IOW, the correct priorities to survive, in the right order.

I also can build a shelter, make hunting weapons, and start a fire from readily available materials. Scouts is not a bad thing. You can make clean drinking water using more modern castoffs with clear plastic bottles of swamp water left out in the sun.

A good place to learn more is Here at Alderleaf Wilderness College.

...Or, you can join the Junior Woodchucks and get the Junior Woodchucks Guidebook. After all, any book written by the Guardians of the lost Library of Alexandria is not to be dismissed lightly.
Quote from the site:
"Learning how to read animal tracks and sign so you can contribute to environmental research and conservation...

Gaining permaculture and sustainable living skills that help you live and share a greener lifestyle..."

Jefferson: I place economy among the first and important virtues, and public debt as the greatest of dangers. To preserve our independence, we must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt. We must make our choice between economy and liberty, or profusion and servitude. If we can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of caring for them, they will be happy.
Is this what it is like to be wilde?
