The Latest Adventures of "Bubba & The Beast"
#41
The Brooks stacks were good audio-visual props, but she lacked the debate skills to lock it down. She assumed everyone understood what the two stacks meant, but she needed to rub it in by adding a sound byte cliché which could be remembered. You remember "bin Ladin is dead and GM is alive!?"

Maybe something like, "Al Qaeda is on the run 'cause the stack wasn't done!" ...or "Libya's a success, if we hide the mess!"

That last one is good also to lock in Hillary to the fate of Libya. She wanted to own it - now she's stuck with it.

"Libya's a success; if we hide the mess!" Great campaign theme for her Republican opponent.

Rudy Giulinai, former Prosecutor and Mayor of NYC, appeared on Hannity after Hillary's grilling and updated his list of criminal violations that the FBI are able to use against Hillary. His full list was put up on screen and it covered 16 laws. I went on line to find them, and all I could find were the original three:

UNAUTHORIZED REMOVAL AND RETENTION OF CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS OR MATERIAL
18 U.S.C. § 1924 Class: A misdemeaner
Possible penalty: imprisonment for 1 year and/or $100,000 fine
"Knowingly removing materials conataining classified information od the United States with the intent to retain said info at an unauthorized location without the ability to do so."

GATHERING, TRANSMITTING OR LOSING DEFENSE INFORMATION
18 U.S.C. § 793 Class: Felony
Possible penalty: imprisonment for 10 years and/or $250,000 fine
"Allowing (by means of gross negligence) any document relating to the national defense to be removed from its proper place of custody or destroyed -or- willfully retaining unauthorized documents relating to national defense and failing to deliver them to the United States emplyee entitled to receive them -or- failre to report that unaythorized documents relating to national defense were removed from their proper place of custody or destroyed."

CONCEALING, REMOVAL, OR MUTILATION GENERALLY
18 U.S.C. § 2071 Class: Felony
Possible penalty: imprisonment of no more than 3 years, a fine, or both
"Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or othet thing, willfully and unlaefully concealls, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same."

Anyone able to find all 16?

The big point is that if guilty of a felony - that person cannot hold office.

Talk about a ‘Freudian Slip’. Nothing in the world like stepping on one's Johnson, or whatever, is there?

I wonder if she realizes that it's not checking the box that makes a felon unable to hold office?

And here is Fascism at its best.

Exxon Mobil Being Investigated for Climate Change Skepticism
And so suddenly after they pulled support away from the Clinton Foundation. Hmmm...

Does anyone believe this won't be standard proceedure if The Beast makes it to the WH?

What I find so interesting is that so many folks, including our side of the isle, are more than willing to finger the blame on to the evil corporations, for playing the Corporatist Game. And they never seem to realize that the REAL criminals are the corrupt politicians who are either implicitly or explicitly expecting a pay off for their help. For some reason, they actually believe it is the other side at the greatest fault.

I first started to place this in the 2016 Presidential Race thread, but since it is still conjecture at this point, we will just have to wait and see what happens.

From PJ Media: Rumor Mill: Hillary Facing Criminal Indictment, Obama 2016 Surprise in the Works

If she is indeed indicted, this will definitely prove to be one of, if not THE, most interesting and entertaining presidential races in the history books. Man, how I would love to see the Beast not only kept out, but sent to the Slammer. S22

Man, this is getting juicier and juicier by the day.

Hillary’s EmailGate Goes Nuclear: Does the latest release of Hillary’s State Department emails include highly classified U.S. intelligence?

Why hasn't she been indicted and arrested already? Is this some game MacDaddy is playing with here? Or is he trying to keep everyone confused?

Many radio hosts are slanting to the idea that the FBI is readying an insurrection if Loretta Lynch refuses to indict. All the leaks from the FBI are coming massively, saying she is toast. There is no doubt that she is a felon, and if Lynch stifles it, two things can happen.

Whitewashing her crimes will set precedence so that there can be no future indictments about anyone ever selling out the country. It will also cause the top FBI professionals to rebel. Such a rebellion would be far greater than Watergate ever was.

...Talk about a legacy for Obama!

I'm just bemused by the fact that he hasn't done anything official as of yet. Either he is doing this for some ulterior motive, OR he is totally incapable of making hard decisions. Either way, he is just adding a few more nails to his reputation.

Perhaps Obama is working the eMail controversy to make his support for Biden or Michelle more palatable. ...Y'know, so he can claim he is trying to rescue his party rather than piling on to the Clintons whom he hates. He may not want his fingerprints on her indictment - but desires it and wants to capitalize on it. ...Having Biden or Michelle in office would bolster his run for the UN Secretary job.
