And here I was, just last night, talking about this very genius to Patrick. It seems he has gone nuts over Matt Drudge's posting about the Bamster's 2007 speech which was not completely covered by the same Brilliant, honest, and unbiased, gang of Usual Suspects.

Once again it is the AP showing its bias.

"The photo, Krauthammer concluded, reflects badly on the Associated Press, not Romney.

"How low is the media going to go?" O'Reilly asked. "That's the question we're dealing with right now.""

Here's another glaring example of how the Whore Media, and the Jackasses, use each other to misrepresent the truth: Libyan Ambassador’s Death Not a Political Issue, Says Dad.

Quote:The father of Christopher Stevens, the U.S. ambassador to Libya who was killed in the attack in Benghazi last month, said his son’s death shouldn’t be politicized in the presidential campaign.

“It would really be abhorrent to make this into a campaign issue,” Jan Stevens, 77, said in a telephone interview from his home in Loomis, California, as he prepares for a memorial service for his son next week.

Mitt Romney, the Republican nominee, has criticized President Barack Obama for not providing adequate security in Libya, saying the administration has left the country exposed to a deadly terrorist attack.

Does anyone here not see the difference between the person(son) and the position(ambassador) here? The father wants his son to be left out of the spotlight, and the fact is that his son's position as ambassador is drawing scrutiny, not his private personage. And anyone with half a brain should be able to tell the difference.

But the Obama administration would like for everyone to be unable to tell the difference.

Quote:Obama campaign strategist David Axelrod said on “Fox News Sunday” that Romney is “working hard to exploit this issue.”

Citing the interview with Stevens’ father, Axelrod said, “we ought to follow ambassador’s family and allow this investigation to run and get to the bottom of it.”

Robert Gibbs, senior adviser to the Obama campaign, also cited the comments by Stevens’ father and said Romney is “playing politics with this issue.”

“We don’t need wing-tip cowboys,” Gibbs said on CNN’s “State of the Union” program. “We don’t need shoot-from-the- hip diplomacy, and when Mitt Romney first responded to what was going on in Libya, his own party called him out for insensitivity.”

Romney campaign adviser Ed Gillespie said on the Fox program that the country needs “honest and accurate answers.” “What we have seen is a constantly shifting story from this administration,” Gillespie said.

Whoring is so much fun when you are a Jackass. S5

Dyed-in-the-wool Democrats, like the Stevens family, are willing to throw their own son under the Obama bus - so long as their party wins.

It is hard and a sad thing to watch - but Leftism is more of a religion than philosophy, per se. It is not the issues - but the power. That a father can want a legacy for his son is honest - but focusing on his son's political party rather than admitting the faults that brought about the death of his son is not good for anyone.

Well, apparently the Whores are starting to turn on their hero, just as was forecast by numerous pundits: Media Elite Knock Obama for 'Snarky, Belittling' Campaign.

Quote:Winners act like winners. Losers act like losers. And according to members of the same media elite who have spent months protecting him, Barack Obama is now looking like a loser in the closing days of his reelection campaign. This morning, a few members of the elite "Gang of 500," including Time's Mark Halperin, The National Journal's Ron Fournier, ABC's Terry Moran, and Politico's Roger Simon, publicly voiced their disapproval of a campaign they describe as "belittling," "not confident," "peevish" and worse:

This is just the leading edge, but there is one thing certain. Unless the Bamster comes to the Monday debate, walking on a cushion of aire, wearing a halo, and thoroughly mesmerizing the audiences, the rats will really start fleeing the Good Ship Obama.

These last three weeks are going to be just one more rendition of The Greatest Show On Earth.

Is there anyone surprised by this little tidbit?

And here's another thought: if someone really is convicted and sent to jail over all this, is it entirely possible for some of the Whores in the Media to be also sent there for obstructing justice?

Quote:Media Blackout: Aside from FOX, Sunday News Hosts Fail to Raise Benghazi

The mainstream media's silence on the Benghazi disaster reached deafening levels on Sunday, as hosts of four out of the five major news shows--with the exception of Fox News Sunday--failed to raise the issue. Only Bob Schieffer of CBS gave it serious consideration, and only after it was raised by Sen. John McCain.

When the Benghazi issue did surface, other than on Fox, it was invariably brought up by Republican guests, and then deflected by the hosts, who largely ignored new stories this week that implicated the White House in the decision not to intervene to save the life of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and other American staff.

...................

Obviously these people have no unearthly idea as to how they are figuratively strangling themselves to death, along with their profession.

And this too will have to be pried out of their mouthes, as they kick and scream: Report: Obama Watched Benghazi Attack From 'Situation Room'

Quote:Lt. Col. Tony Schafer told Fox News that sources were telling him that the President was watching the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya in real-time. Schafer told Fox that "only the President" could have ordered backup for the Americans who were under siege by terrorists so the President was most certainly informed of the situation as it was unfolding. "I hate to say this," Schafer said, "according to my sources, yes, [the President] was one of those in the White House situation room in real-time watching this. And the question becomes, 'What did the President do or not do in the moments he saw this unveiling?' He -- only he -- could issue a directive to Secretary of Defense Panetta to do something."

NOTE: Repeat of another post on the Banghazi Incident.

Jonah Goldberg is very curious about The mysterious media Benghazi bugout. Of course my question is "Why is he in any way surprised? They're Whores, what can you expect otherwise?" If it doesn't make them 'feel good', then why do it anyway. After all, nobody could ever accuse them of being prostitutes, right? S5

Quote:Where is the Benghazi media feeding frenzy?

I don’t think there’s a conspiracy at work. Rather, I think journalists tend to act on their instincts. And, collectively, the mainstream media’s instincts run liberal.

In 2000, a Democratic operative orchestrated an “October surprise” attack on George W. Bush, revealing that 24 years earlier, he’d been arrested for drunken driving. The media went into a feeding frenzy.

“Is all the 24-hour coverage of Bush’s 24-year-old DUI arrest the product of a liberal media almost drunk on the idea of sinking him, or is it a legitimate, indeed unavoidable news story?” asked Howard Kurtz on his CNN show “Reliable Sources.” The consensus among the guests: It wasn’t a legitimate news story. But the media kept going with it.

One could go on and on. In September 2004, former CBS titan Dan Rather gambled his entire career on a story about Bush’s service in the National Guard. His instincts were so powerful, he didn’t thoroughly check the documents he relied on, which were forgeries.

Oh, there have been conservative feeding frenzies: about Barack Obama’s pastor, John Kerry’s embellishments of his war record, etc. But the mainstream media usually tasks itself with debunking and dispelling such “hysteria.”

Last week, Fox News correspondent Jennifer Griffin reported that sources on the ground in Libya say they pleaded for support during the attack on the Benghazi consulate that led to the deaths of four Americans. They were allegedly told twice to “stand down.” Worse, there are suggestions that significant military resources were available to counterattack, but requests for help were denied.

If true, the White House’s concerted effort to blame the attack on a video crumbles, as do several other fraudulent claims. Yet, last Friday, the president boasted, “The minute I found out what was happening” in Benghazi, he ordered that everything possible be done to protect our personnel. That’s either untrue, or he’s being disobeyed on grave matters.

Yet Fox News is alone in treating the story like it’s a big deal. During the less significant Valerie Plame scandal, reporters camped out on the front lawns of Karl Rove and other Bush White House staff. Did Obama confiscate those journalists’ sleeping bags?

Of the five news shows last Sunday, only “Fox News Sunday” treated this as a major story. On the other four, the issue came up only when Republicans mentioned it. “Meet the Press” host David Gregory shushed a guest who tried to bring up the subject, saying, “Let’s get to Libya a little bit later.” He never did, but he saved plenty of time to dive deep into the question of what Indiana Senate candidate Richard Mourdock’s comments on abortion and rape mean for the Romney campaign.

I’m willing to believe that journalists like Gregory are sincere in their desire to play it straight. But among those who don’t share his instincts, it’s hard to distinguish between conspiracy and groupthink. Indeed, it’s hard to think why one should even bother trying to make that distinction at all.

And note the reference to Fox. Is it any wonder why Fox just keeps gaining viewers, while the rest of the Media keeps slipping? Well, Duuuuuh? And is it any wonder why the Jackass Left hates it with a Blue Passion?

Here's something else really interesting: Audiences Falling Sharply For MTV, Comedy Central. Note: go to the search page and click on the top link, which will take you to the 'free pass' article.

Quote:Just as Nickelodeon is showing signs of pulling out of a severe ratings slump, trouble has emerged at a couple of Viacom's other key networks.

Comedy Central's prime-time audience fell 19% in the four weeks through Oct. 21, while MTV's viewership declined 32% in the same period, according to Nielsen.

Signs of slight ratings erosion were evident at both channels earlier this year, but the recent numbers show a much greater decline. So far this year, Comedy Central's average daily viewership is down 10% while MTV's is off 18%. Nickelodeon's audience, meanwhile, is down 23% for the year to date although the drop-off in September was narrower than in previous months.

These channels are Left leaning, and generally support Obama. Instead of being non-partisan, they are obvious to the viewers, and they are showing their disapproval. Not good for the bottom line either.

One item of conversation after the election is the lessening of listenership for talk radio. There may be a noticeable drop as interest drops - but the overall percentage of audience going to each personality will remain steady.

It will be interesting to see if the marginal ratings of the Leftist hosts remain high enough to keep them employed, because their ratings were already well below any conservative host. If their ratings drop much lower, no sponsors will want to sign up.

The highest rated female host is Laura Ingraham, who is looking for a new network after her eight year contract expired. She is mostly seen as the semi-permanent replacement host for Bill O'Reilly, the highest rated TV host on Fox. If O'Reilly retires, or is about to, her move to replace him is probably a no-brainer, and should be a major improvement. I think if she does take over from O'Reilly, that the show will continue to do well in the ratings race - because it is the time-slot on a popular network that has ensured his number-one place in the ratings moreso than any personal following.

I realize that CNN is in sad shape, viewer wise. But is this the best way to attract more visitors, interested in the news: Kathy Griffin Kisses Anderson Cooper's Crotch On National Television?

Here is an absolute blatant lie. A background check here in Colorado is usually done while you wait in the store. Under the current circumstances, you better bring camping equipment, because the system is so backed up that it can take up to several weeks now. Does anybody really read AP stories anymore? ... for anything other than comic relief? I'm certain that there are people stupid enough to believe the swill they put out, but I have to think that those numbers are dwindling daily.

Very few comments on the article, but the one from "LawyerCalhoun" is most interesting. Is he using tongue-in-cheek, or really serious here?
