We have a thread on this sort of nuclear fission development. Can't remember where it is, but the technology in fission power is much more sophisticated than the Eco-Kooks would have you believe.

The new reactors are almost totally fool-proof. Of course, nothing is Kid-Proof, so crumb snatchers will have to be kept out of the plant,......just in case. Wink1
