If blip.tv isn't on the list (see the help files) of sites it covers, then it wont' embed.

Why don't you just cut and paste the link, and not even bother with any of the "url" stuff? That will work too.
Michael, you are better than this, by acting like the disgruntled adolescent. We are going to continue using MyBB, and not go back to phpBB. This software is the most popular format out there, and personally I like it far better than the old one, or the new version of phpBB.
Nobody else has any problem with it.

I consider it irresponsible to encourage using a buggy feature ([url]); I don't see why you are even concerned about minimal experimentation with it I did, since it did not end up in the post.
