John L, Someone has really won that bird's trust! How was it lured into the kitchen? What kind of bird is that? I have had Chickadees and Nuthatches land on my hand to eat shelled sunflower seeds, after I stood motionless for a few minutes with my hand outstretched, out on the nature trail. Once a tufted titmouse. Is that some kind of woodpecker?

With all the Eco-Wackos, and Paul Ehrlich numbers out there, this revelation may well be a revenue enhancement for them. S18

I don't know Ron. I'm just passing it along for others, such as yourself. S5
Remember the good old days? Pez made a dispenser where you had to put the gun in your mouth and pull the trigger.

Ah I pine for the good old days, when parents taught their children the difference between reality and make believe instead of blaming others for their bad parenting.
This is almost certainly government property.

Well, it used to work.  I changed it to a link.  Try that and you can see what I meant.  S22

Oh, wait a minute, the one you were talking about is there.  I can see the image.  I wonder why you can't? I also added a link at the bottom for that one as well.
I'm able to see the picture. But what are we supposed to look at on this picture? What is "almost certainly government property"? And what is funny?

Ok, here's the point of the post with that image, and why I suspected a government building. If you will note, there are all those parking places, as Bill earlier observed. But if you look closely, there is absolutely no way to get your automobile in there so as to park it.

Its something that keeps showing its face, every time government is involved in anything. Government can F-ck up a Wet Dream, and never break into a sweat over it. S13

BINGO!!

It doesn't take much to track anything down on the Internet, it took me less than 10 minutes to find what this location looked like in 2007. I used the phone number and discovered it was for Community Housing Lincoln Village, Ohio and then search LA Tan locations in that area.

They may have been forced to do something to take care of storm water runoff. https://www.google.ca/maps/@39.9517505,-...!1e3?hl=en

Looking at the site using Google Earth I am sure the owner of the property was forced to do something with regard to storm water runoff. Water from parking lots is contaminated with toxins municipalities no longer want being treated at water treatment plants.
