Yes, we all know that this carbon trading is only fake business.

If you really want to limit emissions of CO2 there are other ways to do that than making fake business.

If scientists were unified in saying either we drastically cut CO2 emissions or die ,we'd do it,but,not this way.

I'd just outlaw burning fossil fuels and give utilities and auto manufacturers a time frame to convert over.

No,cap&trade is dreamed up by bureacrats and I am positive there is profit in it for someone.
