You know, the unfortunate part is that there is not real description of the book. I haven't the slightest idea as to what the plot entails. I even Googled the title, and nothing comes up.

I'm a prolific reader. But I have a long list waiting to be read. I need to something to peak my interest, if you know what I mean.

Ahhh..if you scroll down a little, a link to chapter one is there. Also, If I remember correctly, the foreword's lastt paragraph give a good hint.

I would hate to spoil a suspense novel.

I was there, but it was just had a part of the narrative. I am interested in what the book is about. I am not trying to be troublesome but this should be part of his advertisement. If he doesn't lay out the overall plot(he doesn't have to give away the story line) he will not get enough people really interested in parting with their money.

OK, John, I guess for me the words existential threat...and the Mullahs' declaration of all out war on America in chapter one did it for me.

I am really amazed.

John, you have some extremely bright guys here, and I thought that many of them would love to comment on the book.

Yeah, I am promoting the darned book.

But, if your electricity goes off tomorrow, along with 200 million other Americans, and you can't get gas for your car or gas/oil for your furnace... what would you personally do?

Did you know that fertilizer is made out of oil and gas?

Heh, is everyone here prepared for a full year of self-sufficiency?

I fully expect Israel to bomb Iran right after the elections...if we don't.

They almost have to... to survive.

I do understand that everyone is focused upon the elections right now, but the aftermath is very squiggly.

-------
So many electrons have been fired in columns and articles... I thought some very plausible fiction might get around some myopia.

What the eff does this have to do with international politics? This is either spam or misplaced in the wrong category...

Roy, there is so little there to comment on, unless they buy the book. If the person selling the book would just do a nice synopsis of the novel, there would be much more interest.

Here's the thing. Most of us are readers here. But there is only so much one can read. I'm a huge reader, and have a backlog waiting for me to go through. If I am going to take this book, and push it ahead of others, I want to know why I should do this.

Whoever is doing the marketing of this book needs to learn some more marketing skills. I'm not trying to be ornery, just factual. The page is nice, but it doesn't go far enough to inform.

Also, this thread is in the wrong section. It really needs to be in the "Literature" section. I'll wait a while, and then move it there.

John,
It is your site. You will do whatever you want. I may have saved 57 lives and families by bringing it up here. (57 views).

This is the same as October 1941. We had the "Flying Tigers" in China at that time, yet December 7th was a surprise attack? We were losing merchant seamen every day in the north Atlantic...but we weren't at war with Germany?

John, your little community here mocked me for "marketing" TEAM America here a year ago. Those articles there are only now being written (plagerized thank God) by Rush, and by American Thinker.

I am very sorry (not) for alerting your members to the threats coming down on our heads.
The guy that wrote the book is obviously "connected". If you send me a private message I think I can get him to send you a "review copy"...uh free.

I will ask you to do a review without screwing up the suspense. The author is quite comfortable, financially. His profits go to charity.

He asked me to pass it around to contacts. I have done so.

Do what you will.

Sigh, Roy I believe you really need to take a slightly less 'in the face' approach. It's almost as though you are here just to advertise something, and that is not what ai-Jane is for. Just coming in and blowing a horn, to announce yourself, and what you are pushing, does not endear yourself to others.

I'm at a lose here, as to what to say.
