John (anyone else) can you please help in finding some credible (preferable US govt) resources that can identify specifics about foreign military capabilities, weaponry transactions (legal and/or illegal), and pentagon editorials?

I have have some deep research ahead of me and figured some one here might be able to help.

Check out the Strategic Studies Institute. Lot's of great stuff here and it's searchable.

and check U.S. Army War College

Tons of stuff here. I used this when researching for my paper on faith-based NGO's.

and U.S. Army Combined Arms Center (not sure of a direct link to the papers)
