Gosh, New Zealand used to be in the top three. I reckon the Liberal Party government of Australia has made an impact down under.

I'm also surprised that Ireland has also fallen down in the rankings.

what is interesting is that the US is still being beaten by a select few, who are going to be slowly catching up. I suspect the increased competition will spur us on to being more Free enterprise friendly.
