Camping, Outdoor Tips
#1
NOTE: If you love camping, and have any neat camping, outdoors ideas, please post them here on this thread.

After going to the Jurassic Park Egyptian page, over at Buzz Feed, I noticed this neat link to fantastic tips on how to make one's camping experience much more civilized. I love great innovations, and can appreciate them when applied to outdoor living. I sure wish I had some of these when I was a boy scout, or the family was out at Cades Cove, watching the skunks waddle through the campsite. S5

I don't care much for camping but friends who do love these two places:

Fort De Soto is right here near St. Pete. Been named the best beach in the US a few times. The fort has some history. It is a nice place to get away from things without "getting away".

Myakka River State Park is Nature. You can go from primitive to a cabin with a/c. If you're an amateur astronomer bring your telescope -the sky is very black -except for that pesky Milky Way

May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
