You NEED a cheat day each week. It's good for your body and helps keep your system healthy. Once you get rid of the stuff that's been sticking around making you a fat lump of shit, your body burns off the fat and carbs that you take in almost immediately. It helps keep you sane as well. Assume that a caveman living in the wild would have encountered a berry patch of some sort. He would have eaten every single one of those berries because the sweetness would be too much for him to resist. Then he'd move on and resume his regular eating habits. For the most part, sugar is poison to our bodies, but in small doses it isn't harmful. We have just lost all comprehension as to what a "normal" amount of anything is. To this day I believe a serving size of Cheetos is around a bag and a half; anything less is just some form of cruel punishment.
