Coming war Against Israel
#61
Looks like about this incident with Israel.

HERE

If 6 US soldiers had just been murdered by say Mexican drug gangs or Islamist infiltrators at Waco,I'd imagine that would be the headliner here, not some nutcase US activists trying to intervene in none of their business in Gaza.

Check out the article and video here. This only occurred on the Turk ship. That's why I am becoming convinced Erdogan hoped this would be the case, this is his "burning down the parliament building". Those guys beat that one soldier ,real peace activists there:

Yes, fantastic coverage with only one minor omission: nothing about just what made the Turks stage this provocation. Wink1

This will have a major effect on Israel, of course. But this will have an effect on the Turks as well -- they have become a rising Islamist power. More dangerous than the borderlands cave-dweller.

I sincerely believe Erdogan planned this thing. Only the Turks acted this way, plus Stratfor had an article warning of his plans days ago.

Kamil,

The article ignores that:

1)It was not a "peace protest",the Turks used violence before the IDF retaliated, the Turk cameras showed it.

2)All the protestors combined refused to allow the IDF to deliver the materials to Gaza after the IDF confirmed no arms were onboard.

IMO,Erdogan planned this like Hitler planned burning the reichstag,to inflame his subjects to do his bidding. An American analogy is POTUS Polk telling the nation Mexico had invaded the USA when the exact opposite had occurred.

It's still early, but,it appears Turkey is returning to pre WWI Islamism with anti semitism onboard and the Ottoman's never were anti semitic.

Russian polititician: provocation was planed by turkish prime-minister and provided by turkish special service.
Quote from rbc.ru

Sorry, nothing new. It was too obvious. :?

This could also be Erdogan's final straw. Patrick, if you are able to see this, then do not for a moment think that the Turkish military does not see it. Erodogan rules on the military's suffrage, as has been the case since WWI. I think Erodogan's days may well be numbered.

Yes, this is Erdogan's last straw... from now on, he will have no reasons to worry about the military and secularists, and before long we shall see him shifting the country toward more Islamic model --- unthinkable just short time ago.

bh, very likely. Your Satan fellow spoke the truth. The actual goal was not so much Israel but internal Turkish politics. More interesting question is if the boy was involved in this too.

Let me repeat that this is an existential threat to Israel, unlike the nuisance of those scuds, chemical weapons, and even Iranian's bomb.
Friedman's take.

So you don't think the military will do anything?

Any action from the (presumably, Turkish) military will be running against the public opinion, strongly anti-Israel now and by extension supportive of Erdogan. They would not dare, even if they are actually unhappy with the course of events -- and even this is uncertain.

But I will not be surprised to see the total end of Turkish-Israeli military cooperation and perhaps even the end of diplomatic relations.

John,

You have to consider that Erdogan has consistently been denuding the Turk Army all along, arresting several top officers as "revolutionaries".

He is not an idiot,so I assume he thinks the military has been shut down as an opposing force.

Below is another film showing the Turks attacking another IDF soldier. If anyone wants to believe this was an Israeli aggression,it's because they are da.mn determined to:

And like I said, Obama will continue to undermine Israel, and the American Ashkenazi idiots will willing follow right along. Do you for one moment doubt my opinion of this 'brain damaged' group of jews? They are willing dupes, who will not lift one finger to challange their Collectivist master in DC.

I doubt they're brain damaged. It's a choice they make.

I do agree Obama is orienting the US to do as much as possible within our polity to harm Israel's ability to exist safely.

Those Jews you think are brain damaged just either prefer having a state oriented economy which they think they can manipulate to their advantage(they're right, too),prefer to create nirvana via man's talents and not God's and they will accept Obama's attitude because they, like their papaws, cannot imagine a holocaust happening.

Because mankind is evolving John,we don't do that sh.it anymore. It isn't brain damage,it's what they've been taught since the 1880s and 1938 Germany is becoming a distant memory.
That's what your ashkenazi friends think.

Here's another film of the IDF boarding taken by the helicopter crew. The "peace activists" were in attack mode from the second a soldier landed:

HERE

Far as I can tell, the IDF's only mistake was to stop the boats outside the 12 mile limit.

I have not read it in the Turkish Media, but some Turks have posted in Turkish Forums that this incident might help Erdogan's AK Party in the upcoming elections. According to the latest polls, AK Party is trailing CH Party by 2% points (30% to 32%).

As far as stopping ships, convoys like this could be stopped by entangling their propellers with fishing nets.

Kamil,

It still stands that the boats tried to pass the blockade. I wouldn't support a Kurd "peace activist" flotilla to run past Turkey's security either.

I'm really concerned that Erdogan is enjoying this moment. Remember,6 Turk soldiers were murdered today and it's not the top news in Turkey.

I fault Israel for going that far out, but, the boats pre announced they intended to run the blockade and I'm not sure Israel was legally wrong at that point.

Concurring. An article on Spiegel's site asks similarly why the Israelis had to board the ships at all, when there were other ways to stop them. The answer is probably that the Israelis wanted to demonstrate just how peaceful the "peaceful" were... it was not worth the fallout.

As for the Ashkenazi's: this is getting stale... don't forget that the PM is also an Ashkenazi... the problems is leftists in general. Brain damage runs across the racial lines.

With the videos,it may be the worm will turn on public opinion of how peaceful the ship's crew were. Any objective person can see this was a hoped for scenario.

What gets me is the activists also took videos and posted them with them shouting about an old Jewish pogrom in Arabia.

Here's an interesting question, how does Russia react?

US seems to be orienting more and more against Israel's security with Obama breaking the 69 nuclear "don't ask don't tell" policy, might Russia decide to befriend Israel finally?
